At CLS Creations™, every product is Created in Love & Spirit™ — crafted to order with care and intention.
We appreciate your patience as we prepare, package, and deliver your custom pieces.
1. Order Processing Times
Because each item is made to order, production begins immediately after purchase.
Typical processing times are:

Standard Orders: 7–10 business days from the order date

Pre-Orders or Specialty Items: 2–4 weeks depending on production volume and material availability
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.
Average delivery windows (after processing) are:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Canada & International Orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays, carrier disruptions, or weather events.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link so you can monitor your package’s journey from our facility to your doorstep.
If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of purchase, please reach out to us.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on our site and applied automatically to eligible orders.
5. Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout.
CLS Creations™ is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
If a package is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly first, then email our support team for further assistance.
6. Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays or high-demand seasons, processing and delivery times may extend beyond the usual timeframes.
We recommend placing orders early if you need them by a specific date.
7. International Shipping (Optional)
If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s postal authorities.
