At CLS Creations™, every product is Created in Love & Spirit™ and made to order — uniquely crafted just for you.
This personalized process allows us to reduce waste, support sustainability, and deliver high-quality creations with purpose and care.

Because of this made-to-order model, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


🕊️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging showing the issue

Once reviewed and verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement or corrected item at no additional cost.


No Returns for Size, Fit, or Style Preferences

To ensure confidence in your purchase, we provide detailed size charts and product descriptions on each item page.
As each piece is individually made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference-based reasons.

We encourage customers to double-check measurements and details before completing their order.
